Everything was perfect here - amazingly nice staff and brand-new rooms. There were television with satellite channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room, loved that...

The location was fab, you can visit Teatro Comunale Florence by walking. The staff was exceptionally nice and the room was brand-new and large. I did not want to leave there and will choose the place for future trips.

An unexpected room upgrade twist
Upon arrival, we were really surprised with a beautiful, spacious room that was really nice. The decor and amenities were a welcome respite after a long journey.
Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and basic requests for water or dining supplies often seemed like a burden rather than a service.

Recently renovated, the hotel is located in a quiet district at a short walking distance from the Ponte Vecchio. Nice decoration, and a beautiful veranda.
Parking charge Euro 30 per 24 h is far too high. Breakfast is not up to standard for a 5* hotel.; coffee is really bad ( we are in Italy, what a shame ! ), Pastry tastes industrial and is a self service.

The hotel offers plenty of food that was lovely. Classic king room is elegant, has a large bathroom.

This was just a balanced option for a swift visit in Florence with a reasonable price. The two-story room we had was very cute, like a little loft. Make sure to ask about room choices to get a better one for your stay.

The location is fine (not excellent). It's located about 20minutes from the center of the Firenze. For one person like me it's OK but for the family tourist a little bit remote. Staff are friendly and speak ftuent English. The room was gorgeous, clean and functional. The breakfast was fine.

I liked the design of the hotel very much. It was and old building renovated and decorated quite well. The hotel was at great location with about 15 minutes walk from city center. We would like to be there again

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
The hotel blends modern elegance and comfort with excellent cleanliness and spacious design. Staff were helpful, especially during meal requests.
Air conditioning issues made the room uncomfortably warm, and noise from both outside and inside disrupted sleep.

The kids loved the spacious Beautiful Double Room, and the beds were so comfortable, it made sleeping easy for all of us. The staff was friendly and super helpful, especially when we needed extra towels for the kids. The location was perfect. We could easily walk to nearby attractions without any trouble.
No significant drawbacks noted .

who want to spend there trip in Firenze. but it is little bit distant frmo railway station so you should take a taxi if you have a carrier.
Because our bed was on second floor it was very hard to use bethroom. And there was some electronic noise beside our room and it was very annoying.
